I enjoyed the picturesque setting of Haselbury Mill. The outdoor seating by the lake looked stunning and provided a perfect atmosphere. My room was clean and well-equipped, making it comfortable for my stay. Dining exceeded expectations. each meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff contributed significantly to the positive experience, showing genuine friendliness and attentiveness throughout. the mattress in my room didn’t quite fit the bed frame, leaving a gap that made sitting uncomfortable. I noticed some creaking from above during the night, which disturbed my sleep a bit. Limited options in the bathroom could use attention too, particularly with outdated facilities. very relaxing yet a few tweaks needed for a perfect stay.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. breakfast was amazin, lots of choices and really good. the room was comfy and big, loved the huge bed! we got to see hot air balloons from our window, which was just awesome. the surroundings were really pretty, loved the relaxed vibe.

the bathroom was a bit cold, and we didn't figure out how to heat it. the tv sound was kinda iffy even after repairs.

staff was absolutely brilliant with their customer service, made us feel super welcome. they left a lovely bunch of flowers in our room for our aniversary, which was a sweet touch. the food at the Tithe Barn was delish, especially the sunday roast! the atmosphere was nice and relaxed, perfect for a couple getaway.
